The section S, with 60% of Spanish raw materials is the first motorcycle produced in its entirety in Madrid being one of the first motorcycles made in Spain with a Spanish homologation password.

The municipality of Coslada hosts the production of a hundred percent electric scooter, the section S, with 60% of Spanish raw materials. Its creator, the brand Velca, is based on the center of Quazzar technology To give life to First motorcycle produced in its entirety in Madrid being one of the first motorcycles manufactured in Spain with Spanish homologation password. Just a month ago they began production so a new model leaves the center approximately every hour, creating between six and nine motorcycles a day. In about two hours a vehicle is finished. The scooter equivalent to 125cc -It can be carried with the A1 card or the car card with three years old-, which equips a 4000W engine on the rear wheel and a Lifep04 battery of 3.2 kWh capacity, is capable of reaching 90 km /H and the 100 kilometers of zero emissions autonomy. The battery is removable to facilitate its load at home or at work. It has a standard plug to connect in any domestic plug, and a fast charging input to reach 80% of its capacity in just two hours. The firm, which has been running just a million euros in operation, plans to reach 1,200 vehicles produced this 2021. Always thanks to most of its national suppliers: a Sevillian company provides connectivity devices, the twist arrives from Malaga, the easels and irons of the chassis of Santiago de Compostela and the shock absorbers of Valencia, for example. And that's how A zero emissions scooter is born every hour:

1. Identification and chassis.

The production of the vehicle begins when the Ministry of Industry gives it a password of homologation and the frame number, which is recorded with laser in the chassis. Subsequently, in this first place, the covers, tires and brake discs are prepared.

2. Tire and motor.

In the covered machine a tire is coupled on the front wheel and the 4000W engine on the rear. Between two operators they prepare the front fork and the chassis with the tires; as well as fit the tangs, the fork and the shell.

3. Premontaje.

The fairing pieces, painted in the color that the client requests, the flashing, rear pilot, embellishing ... and the registration support and the handlebar with their wiring are installed. Thus, the structures that are later coupled in the chassis are ready.

4. Box area.

The factory has three different boxes -with two operators, one on each side. First, the easel and goat leg binds to the chassis. Subsequently, on the right side the brake system is placed, and on the left, the electrical wiring, the controller and the transformer. In this step the vehicle is completely electrified, in the absence of the battery.

5. Fare.

Next, all the plastics charged and prepared previously begin to be attached. All pieces pass through 70 quality control processes identified one by one, with the printing, for reading, of what each process is meaning.

6. Tag and battery.

At the time the scooter is ready, the mandatory labeling must be placed: brand and manufacturing, 72W vehicles and tire pressure. Then a battery is assigned with safety and guarantee data. Highlight that it has a gas leakage hole to prevent them from burning and/or exploiting.

7. Control and DGT.

Finally, the registration of our motorcycle produced in Spain, a circulation permit and technical file is issued. It is also proven that everything works correctly, rearview mirrors and charger are placed; as well as protective plastics to avoid friction. A new scooter is ready for pre -regret. Source: Soage, N.
